My partner and I had a fabulous experience with the Minnetonka Shane Co! We went in with a fairly vague idea of what we wanted and not knowing much about ring terminology etc, and Flame and Kate were so awesome and patient in helping us narrow down what we want and find two rings we absolutely love. The resizing process was also super fast, and everyone we spoke to when picking them up was super friendly. It was a really welcoming store and a perfect experience for buying our engagement rings!

After a few not so great experiences with Bruce at the Woodbury location we decided to check out the Minnetonka showroom. We were quickly greeted by Brandon who was wonderful from start to finish. We found out that the ring setting we were originally looking at was being discontinued, but they did still have a few left. Brandon helped us look at this setting and had also pulled a set that was newer to them. We ended up liking the one that he picked out more than the one we had originally came for (although I hate to admit it). He showed us a variety of options in stones and helped us land on something that we were happy with and within our budget after trade in. It’s experiences like this that will make us continue to return to Shane Co.

Michala was amazing to work with. She was incredibly personable and helped us find the perfect sentimental gift. She took the time to show us multiple options and thoughtfully set each piece with the exact gemstones we needed. The pricing options were also very flexible, making it easy to find something beautiful within our budget. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend working with her.

I had a great experience with Dana at Shane Co last week bringing in my 10 year old wedding band to have a small diamond fixed and they also waived the fee to have another ring prong tightened to save me a trip driving back. Deo was fantastic helping with the work for both of my rings. Ask for Dana when you go, she is super efficient and can anticipate what you'll want to look at and also compare when I browsed a bit.

Demarcus, Callie, and every other member of the staff I’ve worked with has been very knowledgeable on everything I’ve asked about, patient, smiling, and all around a welcoming person. My fiancé visits the Woodbury team and always enjoys his time there as well. All around a wonderful company and team to work with. We will be very much returning for our future jewelry needs.

Getting prongs checked and a cleaning. Thankful for our warranty on our rings. The Ridgedale Mall location has a beautiful layout and store front. It’s also a very clean well kept store. Would highly recommend buying your wedding rings from Shane Co.

I'm sorry, but I don't remember the young ladies name that assisted me, the order number is 21563800. My wife and I were married for 56 years. We had new wedding rings made at Shane Co. for our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife passed 4 years ago, I lost my ring this winter, the ring is part of me, I never take it off. I wear my wife's ring on a gold chain (from Shane Co.) around my neck. I went to Shane Co. to see if I could purchase a duplicate of my ring. The lady assisting me suggested that I look at other options in case it was not available. I found an exact duplicate of my original gold wedding band purchased in 1966! She checked with the manufacture, and it could be done, but I went the alternate. It seems gold has gone up just a little since the 1990's when originally purchased. She was very knowledgable and helpful. The transaction went quickly and seamlessly. She is a tribute to excelant customer service and a great representative for Shane Co. Thank you very much!
